By registering an organization or a customer account on Signefo, you agree to use the service only for lawful complaint-management purposes, and to keep your login credentials confidential.
Organizations remain the owners of the complaint and customer data they submit through their portal. Signefo stores this data to provide the service and does not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Trial plans run for a limited period as shown at signup. Paid plans renew on the cycle you select unless cancelled. Access to paid features may be suspended if a subscription lapses, as described within the product.
You may not use Signefo to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or interfere with other organizations' use of the service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Signefo after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
